A Little Bit About Me
Aah dear,Idon't want to write too much as wud rather wait until speaking etc..
but what I'll say is Yes I came through Islam through a much loved,known & Respected Sufi Sheik. Maulana Sheik Nazim R.A & I am Proud to say. For I don't think n have met anyone else quite like him. Bismillah & I have often thgt that my thoughts n wondering of life n the creation would remain even if I did not meet that Blessed one, but his knowledge & sohbets helped give meaning to my many thoughts n realisation of the mind, heart & Soul & much more.
But don't get it twisted, just bcos u hear the word Sufi..2 me sufism is of the heart & my thoughts of life, our creator & creation is between me & Allah. & I know no1 can tell me my thoughts n feelings are wrong/ void except that power that created me. For we dont even know a 1/4 of our strengths,reason of creation n even how are bodies r made/ work n stay stustained yet we deny many things without giving much thought.
That said i also love to listen n watch talks by Mufti Menk, Sheik Umar Suiliman,Sheik Nourman Ali Khan,Hamza Yusuf,Sheik Bilal Assad & many more. As yes truth is truth & many schloras have an array of knowledge & Noor from the knowledge of fiqh & Jurisprudence, Sahabas, Quran n sunnah & of course knowledge of our Blessed Prophet S.A.W
& the journey of learning & Path of Islam never ends & im definitely still learning & in need of & would also love a companion in Marriage to learn with & from here & hereafter.
